About The Author

Kel Landis, III has enjoyed a full life as father, grandfather, businessman, and community leader who loves his home state of North Carolina. After graduating from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelors and MBA degrees, Kel has enjoyed a 25 year career in banking, now over a dozen years in private equity, and a lifetime of fulfilling community involvements.

Current and Plans for the “Last Third”

Kel and his wife Nina live in Raleigh, NC and are committed to the priority spending time with family, and to extensive global travel and continuing community service. Kel continues to enjoy working with the team at Plexus Capital and continuing its purpose to “Inspire Growth in all Relationships” while providing growth capital to the engine of the US economy—small to medium size businesses across the country. He enjoys golf, exercise, and reading—as much of those activities as possible being outside.
